History and Research Interests
Kasper Stoy received his M.S. in computer science from University
of Aarhus, Denmark in 1999. He worked as a research scientist at University
of Southern California's Robotics Lab conducting research on biology-inspired multi-robot coordination. In 2000 he started his Ph.D. programme
at the University of Southern Denmark. As part of this programme he visited University of Southern California's
Information Sciences Institute. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the University of Southern Denmark. His research interests include biology-inspired multi-robot coordination, modular robots and self-reconfigurable robots.
